Owners Kimberly De Jong and Adele Allen set out to create the shop they always wished existed — one where the technician explains the problem in plain English, tells you what's urgent and what can wait, and never adds work you didn't ask for. We operate on the belief that if we treat you fairly, you'll come back when you need us and send your neighbors too. That's been our philosophy from the start, and it shows in every review we earn.

These guys are truly the nicest people ever. Helped me twice in one week with my check engine light on my Subaru and took me in same day, even on Christmas Eve! They helped calm my nerves and are so knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I can not thank them and recommend them enough!
Absolutely top 1% mechanic in the metro area. My Mechanic is the definition for fairness and honesty. They are not out to over charge and won't do work that's not needed. Incredible customer service, technicians, integrity and quality top to bottom. Maybe only a handful of mechanic shops like this in the metro area.
My MDX started issuing warnings and I barely made it to My Mechanic. Before I could say anything, Kimberly had a mechanic checking my battery and alternator. Bad alternator on a Friday afternoon — she ordered the part and called at 3:30 PM to say it was repaired and ready for pickup. Under 2.5 hours, with no up sale. We've been a customer for over 10 years. Nobody better on this side of town.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! The only place I will ever take my car to. They thoroughly looked over my car and explained that the wrong filter had been put in by another shop. They cleaned everything up, did a correct oil change, and now my car is perfect. They give you a ton of information when you pick up and explain everything. Amazing customer service.

Appointments are recommended and easy to make — just call (303) 972-3800. Same-day availability is often possible, especially for diagnostic checks and urgent issues.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
Will you call me before doing any work on my car?
Yes — always. We diagnose first, then call you with a clear explanation of what we found and the full cost before we start any repair. Nothing happens without your approval.
Do you offer transportation while my car is being serviced?
Yes. We offer courtesy transportation to and from your destination while your vehicle is in service, within a 10-mile radius. Just let us know when you schedule.
Can you do my factory-scheduled maintenance without voiding my warranty?
Yes. We perform all factory-scheduled maintenance to manufacturer specifications, which does not affect your vehicle's warranty. Bring us the service schedule and we'll handle it.
Do you service fleet vehicles?
